Membership Pro-ration

The purpose of this page is to inform you of the recent changes to ACENA Bylaws as they relate to Membership.   

1. We are returning to using the calendar year as our Membership year. That means all memberships will be effective January 1 – December 31. 

2. Memberships will be pro-rated to facilitate returning current memberships to a January 1-December 31 membership year, and to ensure all future memberships adhere to the new policy. 

3. Dues are pro-rated depending on when your application is received: • January 1-September 30 – full dues ($100) 

• October 1-December 31 – 75% pro-ration ($25)

4. Any member whose dues are not paid on or before January 31 shall be considered in arrears and shall be automatically dropped from membership in ACENA. 

5. Center Memberships will also follow the calendar year, but do not require submission of any dues.
